Description
The ship OG SLANICA is running in summer season between village Slanická Osada and Slanica island (Slanický ostrov). It has 80 passenger seats. The minimum occupation is 10 people.
The ship is anchored on the Slanica Island of Art (Slanický ostrov umenia), which is in the middle of the dam, for 25 minutes. Visitors can find there a Roman Catholic Church of the Ascension of the Holy Cross from the 18th century. A permanent exhibition of Orava´s folk art is installed in the church and a lapidary is located outside the church.
